ALEX WELLER Production Manager
Alex has worked as a Production and Stage Manager on both a National and International level.
He has worked in Dubai, Qatar and Thailand. His productions include Peter Pan, Jungle Book, Beauty and the Beast, Ali Baba, Pinocchio, and Treasure Island (Universal Shows and Entertainment).
Nationally Alex has toured Hansel and Gretel (Theatre Royal, Bury St Edmunds); Love and Other Fairy Tales (Scarlet); Arabel's Raven, Anthem for Doomed Youth, It was a Dark and Stormy Night and Shoah. (Nuffield Theatre, Southampton); Alice in Wonderland, Wind in the Willows, Emma and Ragged Trousered Philantropists (Chalkfoot Theatre Arts); Shiver, Bliss and The Tempest (Platform 4); The Twits (The Point YPT); Donkey’s Years (Vienna’s English Theatre) and A Midsummer Night’s Dream (The Egg, Theatre Royal Bath); Zameen (Kali).
Site-specific work includes (Class and Corruption, Rye Fisheries); Things That Go Bump (Fireraisers, South Hill Park), A Midsummer Night’s Dream (The Point YPT, Netley Abbey) and The Comedy of Errors (Ludlow Castle, Ludlow Festival).
Alex also works as a freelance AV engineer for many different clients including Blink TV at Twickenham Stadium, Ignition and The Royal Society.
